Details of the apartments

The apartments have been redesigned and restored by an artist using natural, eco-friendly building materials, equipment and furniture. Next beach 1 km away.

The owner lives with her daughter, two dogs and some cats in a separate part of the house. Animal lovers and walkers in particular will feel right at home in both apartments.

El Patio (70 m²): Spacious living room with an open plan kitchen (4 burner gas hob), large terrace (17m²). 2 bedrooms, each with king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 m and 1.6 x 2.1 m) and ensuite bathroom. Spacious, light flooded living room with kitchen.

Private courtyard of 20m². Terrace with magnificent views of the picturesque “Valley of Temisa” and the sea (distance: 1 km), invite you to relax.

El Campo (55 m²): The apartment is reached via a five-step outside staircase and boasts a very comfortable living room with integrated kitchen (4 burner gas hob) and romantic wood-burning stove. The bathroom/WC adjoins the separate bedroom with double bed (1.6 x 2 m).

45 m² terrace on two different levels, partly covered and protected from the wind throughout. Tasteful furnishings and an outside barbecue round off the comfortable ambience.

The bedrooms have direct access to the courtyard (2nd bedroom on request).

The terrace offers a beautiful view of the valley and a side view of the sea in the distance.

SAT/TV (with 2-3 english channels), radio/CD, iron, hair-dryer etc. Basic food/spices such as oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper etc. are provided by the owner of the house. If heating is required, a gas stove can be provided.
