30m² studio with a combined living area / bedroom with two separate beds which can be put together if required. Kitchen with dining space for two people, one shower room/WC, lovely stone patio, delightfully situated garden with a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The village of Mala is located approximately 1 km away and can be reached via an easily negotiable track.
From the large and very sheltered southeast-facing garden there is a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
All appliances are powered by a solar panel system or by gas.

The house is situated on a gentle slope, hence the two levels. The entirely separate studio is on the lower floor. Access is via the furnished and sheltered stone patio.
