The house is situated on a plot of 1500 m˛ at the edge of the village and has a very nice garden. Each of the 2 apartments has 60 m˛, and the layout of the apartments ensures privacy (the neighbouring apartment is rent on a long-term basis).

The living/dining room with integrated kitchenette is very comfortable and has an extra big window to take advantage of the wonderful view to the sea and the typical landscape.

The living room opens onto the south-east terrace with pergola and sea views, and from the terrace you have direct access to the garden.
